Sour ale

In the early days this was a sour mashed beer but has since evolved to the beer it is today... Aged in a Foeder and barrels  fermented with a mixed strain of wild/funky yeasts & Lactobacillius. Complex, tart & refreshing, each batch varies depending on the fruit we decide to age it with. 


ABV: 5%
IBU: 10
Key Ingredients: Raspberry

Availability: This used be around only 3-4 times a year, but chances are when you come in there will be some version of it available.
