BBQ Wellington County Brisket Burger
quarter lb smashed pattie, thick cut brisket,
“5 Brothers” cheese, crushed chips, lettuce, chili aioli
Wild Sockeye Salmon Sandwich
seared escalope & cold smoked sockeye,
young kale, tomato, sour gherkin & dill tartar sauce, toasted challah bun
Niagara Peach Shortcake
lightly macerated peaches, blackberry fool,
fresh baked biscuit
Here are some of our seasonal beers that are great to pair with our Food Day Canada menu!
COUCH SURFER IPA - 5% abv Summer IPA. Made with 100% Canadian 2-row barley, and made only for a short time for our brief but intense Canadian summer. This bitter and refreshing version of the classic India Pale Ale is lower in alcohol than a typical IPA but packs an intense clean bitter bite to refresh on a hot summer day.
FURLONG - 4% Farmhouse Ale. Made with our house strain of wild yeasts, and Canadian Wheat malt, this complex dry beer blends classic Belgian techniques and Canadian ingredients to deliver unique results. Perfect for light meals and drinking on a patio.
FALLEN IDOL - 5% Sour Wheat Ale. Aged for a month on local blackberries, this slightly tart wheat beer has depth and body. Refreshing and big on flavour.
