ICONOCLAST - Brett IPA  6% abv

made with Canadian 2-row malted barley from the prairies, a selection of local hops & finished with a wild indigenous strain of Brettanomyces, grown within Indie Alehouse’s barrel program,

to give a distinct local flavour to the big bite of this funky IPA

 

DOWN BY THE BAY - Watermelon Sour 4.5% abv

made with Canadian wheat and malted barley, fermented with our kettle souring program to add tartness,

then aged on 270lts of watermelon pulp, slightly tart, refreshing and perfect for summer
