Sour ale

A sour mash style beer is typically mashed for 1-2 days. Ours is 5 excruciating days of eye swelling souring. Made with rye grains to give a clean dry finish to a puckeringly sour ale. Love or hate, there is no other reaction worthy of this great beer.
